What the Guild Is
The NPC Audiobook Guild is a collective of professional audiobook narrators who cast each other. Rather than one narrator playing every character, one narrator leads the campaign and assembles a party of fellow professionals to give the story the voices it needs.

No sales threshold required. Fund your audiobook production upfront at typically $300–$400 per finished hour, depending on the size and complexity of your cast. Your narrators are paid for their work, and you retain your audiobook royalties.

Reduced Upfront Cost + Royalty Share
Not quite at our Royalty Partner threshold? A promising series may still qualify for Royalty Plus. For books showing solid traction—typically around 200+ ratings per year—we may offer production at $50–$100 PFH upfront, plus Royalty Share with your Lead Narrator.
The upfront payment helps cover the cast, while your Lead invests their production time alongside you. Exact terms depend on the project, cast requirements, and platform.

For established books and series showing strong, consistent readership—typically 400+ ratings per year. If your campaign qualifies and a Lead wants to take it on, we invest our time and production work upfront in exchange for an equal share of the audiobook royalties.
We'll also consider series potential, genre, project length, audiobook opportunity, cast requirements, and overall fit.
We'll put our time on the table, too.

Cinematic Sound Design
Cinematic audiobooks add music, ambience, and sound effects to heighten emotion and immersion. Available for whole productions or just the moments that matter.
Trailers
Cinematic promotional audio for launches, social media, websites, crowdfunding, and series marketing.
Intros & Outros
Signature openings and closings using music, ambience, effects, and designed transitions.
Featured Scenes
Give selected scenes or chapters the full cinematic treatment without sound-designing the complete audiobook.
